VENDOR INFORMATION

We are changiung the event to two days - Saturday 10-6 (with an option to stay open at 10p during band music) and Sunday 10-6. Set-up is Friday, October 12 with teardown on Sunday/Monday.
    Some of changes to the Event
  • Centralized in the north building & north carnival lot
  • Middle building & gazebo grounds is the Shasta Gem & Mineral Show
  • Dyno testing both days
  • Saturday Rocks for Socks features bands playing from 10a-10p
  • The return of the Strongman Competition
Merchandise vendors please note: You must have a California Sales Tax Number before your application will be accepted.

Your $50 deposit will secure your space. Space is reserved on a first paid basis. Full payment must be received by September 15, 2018.

The event will be entirely at the Shasta Fair & Event Center.

We are accepting both food and merchandise/exhibitor vendors.

RV parking is also available.
