Merchandise vendors please note: You must have a California Sales Tax Number before your application will be accepted.

Your $50 deposit will secure your space. Space is reserved on a first paid basis. Full payment must be received by September 6, 2017.

The event will be at the Shasta District Fairgrounds. The adjoining Shasta Speedway will host drill team and stunt bike performances, bike games, hot lap sessions and the burn out contest.

We are accepting both food and merchandise/exhibitor vendors. Merchandise/exhibitors will be located in the main buildings, which is where the dealer show, Strongman competition and bike show will be located.

Show hours are Friday Noon-6p, Saturday 10a-6p and Sunday 10a-2p. We are also having Friday and Saturday dances outdoors on Friday and Saturday. We will keep one building open for those vendors who wish to stay open later.

Vendor fees start at $175 for a 10x10 space. We will also e streaming live all weekend ... use this time to talk about your service or product.

RV parking is also available.
