The main venue is the Holiday Inn, 1900 Hilltop Drive, Redding. Additional activities are also scheduled at nearby locations. Event is free to spectators.

This year's event the Missing in America (Veterans Recovery) Project and their camp for children (Camp for Life) and the Stuff The Truck Food drive for local food banks.

REACH Air Medical Services/AirMedCare Network is committed to supporting the communities they serve by donating $10 to Big Bike Weekend Community Fund for the "American Red Cross" with every REACH for Life Membership enrollment. Have a bike for sale? Put your bike in the Bike Corral at the Holiday Inn. It's free for paid registrants or you can pay $10 to put your bike in the corral for sale.
